Privacy Notice
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This privacy notice explains how personal data submitted through the MPS website is handled while MPS is in its pre-launch development stage.
MPS is not currently an incorporated company and no investment service is being offered through this website.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The MPS project is currently operated on a pre-incorporation basis by its project holder in France.
Data controller: Maël Delaby acting as project holder for MPS
Contact: contact@maeldelaby.com
Location: France
2. What data do we collect?
We only collect information that you choose to provide through the website.
Early-access registration
When you register for early access, we collect:
- your email address;
- your consent to receive MPS launch and project updates; and
- information necessary to record that consent.
After registration, you may optionally provide additional information about your potential interest in MPS, such as:
- your preferred way of participating;
- indicative investment ranges you might consider;
- your potential timing of interest; and
- your country.
These answers are optional, non-binding and do not constitute an investment order, reservation or commitment.
Professional enquiries
If you contact MPS through the professional enquiry form, we may collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your organisation, if provided;
- a website or LinkedIn address, if provided;
- the topic of your enquiry;
- your message; and
- your consent to receive project updates, if you choose to give it.
Technical data
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses, request logs, timestamps and browser or device information. This information is not used by MPS for advertising or cross-site tracking.
3. Why do we use this information?
- Early-access registration and project updates: to record your interest in MPS and, where you have consented, send you launch and project updates. This processing is based on your consent.
- Optional interest information: to better understand aggregate potential demand and help shape the project during its development. This processing is based on your consent, as the information is provided voluntarily as part of the early-access process.
- Professional enquiries: to read, respond to and follow up on messages sent to MPS. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and developing relevant professional relationships.
- Website operation and security: to operate, maintain and protect the website and its forms. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website.
You can withdraw consent to project updates at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in an email, where available, or by contacting us.
4. Who receives your data?
Personal data is accessible only to the people working on MPS who need it for the purposes described above and, where necessary, to technical service providers acting on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, database or email-delivery providers.
We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own advertising purposes.
If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be used where required by applicable data-protection law.
5. How long do we keep your data?
Early-access and project-update data is kept until you withdraw your consent or for a maximum of three years from your last meaningful contact with MPS, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Professional enquiry data is normally kept for up to three years after the last meaningful contact, unless the conversation develops into a contractual or other relationship requiring a different retention period.
Where necessary, minimal information may be retained after an unsubscribe or objection solely to ensure that your preference continues to be respected.
6. Cookies and tracking
MPS does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or other non-essential tracking technologies on this website.
No cookie-consent banner is therefore displayed.
The website or its hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms where required to provide, secure or operate the service. These are not used for advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking.
If non-essential cookies, analytics or similar tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this notice and the website's consent mechanism will be updated before they are used where consent is required.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by applicable law, you may ask us to:
- provide access to personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete your personal data;
- restrict the way your data is processed;
- provide data you supplied in a portable format where the right to data portability applies;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests; or
- withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
To exercise your rights or ask a question about your personal data, contact contact@maeldelaby.com.
If you believe your data-protection rights have not been respected after contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French data-protection authority.
8. Changes to this notice
MPS is an early-stage project and the website, project structure and service providers may evolve. This notice may therefore be updated from time to time.
Any material change affecting how personal data is used will be reflected on this page and, where required, brought to the attention of the people concerned.
